Long Beach is an amazing coastline that stretches over 3 km between the Famagusta city and Bogaz village. It’s located 15 kms from Famagusta, which is roughly only 10 minutes to drive.
It has become one of the most popular beaches in Northern Cyprus for its unique golden sand, its long coast and its crystal clear sea. The beach has recently been developed with a new pedestrian walkway and bicycle path, children’s play area and adults outdoor gym.
The area includes a fish restaurant situated right behind the sand line as well as a supermarket. Along the mentioned amenities there are many alternatives for fans of recreational activities such as windsurfing, paragliding, scuba diving and many others. Nowadays Long Beach is at the stage of dynamic development. In the near future there will be new sports courts, cafes, recreational park and amphitheater.
